Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:


The Visual Design Manager is responsible for leading and executing high-impact visual design strategies that enhance brand identity and communication across multiple platforms. This role ensures the creation of compelling visual content that aligns with the company's vision, maintaining consistency and innovation in all design outputs. The position involves overseeing a team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and driving creative excellence in digital and print media.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


- Creative Direction & Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive visual design strategy aligned with the brand’s identity and business objectives.


- Brand Consistency: Ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, presentations, and corporate communications.


- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire the design team to deliver high-quality visual assets, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


- Project Management: Oversee the design workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.


- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to develop engaging visuals that support campaigns, product launches, and promotional efforts.


- Market Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to keep the brand visually competitive.
