Job description

What you will do

  • Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Execute Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory – deliver ARR and Renewals.
    • Close business, achieve quota.
    • Ensure proper pipeline coverage; maximize demand generation campaigns, ensure proper progression, conversion, and participation rates. Focus relentlessly on pipeline growth components.
    • Establish strong customer relationships to promote Oracle’s SaaS strategic pillars aligned with customers' digital transformation.
    • Identify new business opportunities.
    • Partner with existing customers for upselling and renewal opportunities.
    • Update sales forecasts, record activities, and develop opportunity close plans.
  • Develop long-term, sustainable relationships with customers and partners.
    • Identify and progress opportunities within your territory.
    • Prepare for and attend business review and value assessment meetings with SaaS customers alongside CSMs.
    • Act as escalation point for issues between Oracle and customers/partners.
    • Ensure proper onboarding and follow-up with implementation partners to maximize customer outcomes and future expansion.
  • Drive account and territory planning.
  • Collaborate with Specialist Account Executives.
    • Align forecast governance and execution.
    • Participate in large deal execution, leveraging product expertise.
    • Maintain pipeline health and related activities for growth.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions such as Marketing, Alliances, Presales, and CSMs.
  • Engage in cross-line-of-business collaboration to drive customer success.
