What you will do
- Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
- Execute Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory – deliver ARR and Renewals.
- Close business, achieve quota.
- Ensure proper pipeline coverage; maximize demand generation campaigns, ensure proper progression, conversion, and participation rates. Focus relentlessly on pipeline growth components.
- Establish strong customer relationships to promote Oracle’s SaaS strategic pillars aligned with customers' digital transformation.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Partner with existing customers for upselling and renewal opportunities.
- Update sales forecasts, record activities, and develop opportunity close plans.
- Develop long-term, sustainable relationships with customers and partners.
- Identify and progress opportunities within your territory.
- Prepare for and attend business review and value assessment meetings with SaaS customers alongside CSMs.
- Act as escalation point for issues between Oracle and customers/partners.
- Ensure proper onboarding and follow-up with implementation partners to maximize customer outcomes and future expansion.
- Drive account and territory planning.
- Collaborate with Specialist Account Executives.
- Align forecast governance and execution.
- Participate in large deal execution, leveraging product expertise.
- Maintain pipeline health and related activities for growth.
- Collaborate with supporting functions such as Marketing, Alliances, Presales, and CSMs.
- Engage in cross-line-of-business collaboration to drive customer success.

- Ability to analyze customer requirements and position Oracle solutions.

- Confident communication across organizational levels, including C-Level.
