The WOME Engineering Manager will support the Head of WOME in governance, updating the WOME Exposition, and ensuring compliance with corporate and legislative requirements for weapons & explosives. They will oversee deployment and maintenance of systems engineering tools across the WOME domain.

Internal candidates should understand BAE Systems' strategy in Saudi Arabia. External candidates from similar organizations with strong ethical standards and relevant WOME experience are also considered.
