Job Description

The Team:

The Executive & Operations Support (EOS) team is a group of professionals who collaborate to manage daily operations in partnership with the Site Lead, planning, managing, and executing various office activities.

The Impact:

You will provide strategic guidance, operational expertise, and daily management for the Saudi Arabia office. This includes supporting meetings and events across all formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid), senior leadership visits, staff townhalls, festivals, and other celebrations. Additionally, you will handle office operations such as HR administrative support, invoice and vendor management, business continuity planning, and other activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support change management and effective communication across teams.
  • Coordinate and support town halls and large meetings, including logistics, catering, materials, AV setup.
  • Support social inclusion and community engagement activities.
  • Assist with onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, including IT equipment, accounts, access, and licenses.
  • Manage employment visa processes.
  • Serve as the key contact for visitors, coordinating travel, seating, and administrative needs.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluency in English (professional/business level)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of office management experience, including project management, government relations, system implementation, or sourcing/procurement
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent planning, organization, decision-making, and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
