Sales Manager (Sports Wellness/Health Swimming Center)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the swimming community.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promote AP Race offerings effectively.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market activity, and forecasts to upper management.

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related software.

• 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports or fitness industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
