Job description
- Assist in integrating Design Thinking practices across projects to enhance user-centric problem-solving.
- Advocate for human-centered design approaches, encouraging collaboration across functions.
- Provide guidance on Design Thinking tools and methodologies to improve product design and innovation.
- Support teams in applying empathy, ideation, prototyping, and iterative testing in their work.
- Help facilitate Design Thinking workshops, brainstorming sessions, and user journey mapping activities.
- Support the development of Design Thinking capabilities within teams, ensuring alignment with Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for refining processes and methodologies based on feedback and results.
- Help track and assess the effectiveness of Design Thinking initiatives using relevant metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support ongoing improvements.
