Job description

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee shift management in one of our first mile fulfillment centers, middle mile sortation centers, or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Supervisors drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key job responsibilities

1. Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area.
2. Manage and train Associates to deliver the best service for our customers.
3. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines.
4. Provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators.
5. Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts.
6. Engage with support functions and other departments to address performance issues, process readiness, safety, and training.
7. Help solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrates strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and leads by example. Capable of developing expertise in operational processes.
• Able to analyze data, motivate team members, and prioritize customer satisfaction in decision-making.
• Willing and able to work weekends and provide overtime support as needed (AM & PM).
• Flexible with scheduling, including night shifts and variable work hours.
