Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)

Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance
  2. Analyzing trends and metrics within the HR department
  3. Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances
  4. Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  5. Providing HR policy guidance
  6. Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning
  7. Identifying training needs for teams and individuals
  8. Evaluating training programs
  9. Suggesting new HR strategies

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 6 to 8 years of HR business partnering experience
  2. Excellent people management skills and a good understanding of HR functions and best practices
  3. Substantial experience with stakeholder management and engagement in large, complex organizations
  4. Bachelor's or Master's degree required
  5. Proficiency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills
  6. Executive presence with the ability to interface with senior executives, ask questions, and provide answers
  7. Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and lead in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  8. Ability to multitask and problem-solve to work efficiently under pressure and deliver projects on time
  9. Negotiation, mediation, and conflict-management skills to resolve complex or disputed issues
  10. Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
