Job description

• Establish and maintain active communication with international falcon breeding farms participating in the event.
• Ensure high engagement and consistent follow-up with all confirmed farms to facilitate a smooth experience.
• Coordinate all travel-related procedures, including: Communicating confirmed travel dates and flight details Assisting in issuing travel invitations and follow-up if needed
• Notify farms about accommodation bookings and share full hotel details and check-in information in advance.
• Arrange and confirm transportation schedules from the hotel to the exhibition venue in Malham, and vice versa, ensuring all transfers are on time and clearly communicated.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely updates on any changes in schedule or logistics for farm participants.
