Core Responsibilities
  1. Provide management information and insights on work area performance to facilitate decision making, including periodic reports and ad-hoc requests.
  2. Follow departmental policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to ensure work is consistent and controlled.
  3. Review customer contracts, book them in internal systems, estimate necessary materials based on tender specs, and coordinate with internal teams for supply and cost info.
  4. Prepare estimation price lists covering material costs, manpower, duties, fees, tools, transportation, and other requirements aligned with project conditions and Otis procedures.
  5. Calculate margins and build lucrative sales propositions.
  6. Order material releases according to approved drawings and maintain records through E-Logistic tools.
  7. Review key reports monthly to identify trends requiring further analysis.
  8. Set performance goals with managers and pursue training and development to enhance skills and competencies.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or equivalent.
  2. Relevant certifications such as CSA preferred.
  3. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sales operations within construction/engineering sectors.
  4. At least 2 years in progressively responsible roles.
  5. Fluent in English, Arabic preferred.
