About the Job:


We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team at Jumeirah Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy for Dubai hotels, focusing on generating quality traffic and achieving commercial targets.
  • Assisting CRM and Cluster Marketing teams in improving campaign performance across paid and organic digital channels, including paid search, metasearch, display campaigns, and social media for conversions.
  • Managing relationships with digital media agencies to ensure optimal technical frameworks, media-buying conditions, and service levels.
  • Collaborating with the Group Digital Analytics Manager to enhance measurement and reporting tools, optimize paid channel spend, and foster a data-driven culture.
  • Supporting the development and deployment of group-wide digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, channel recommendations, and campaign launches.
  • Providing guidance to Cluster marketing teams to tailor digital campaigns to local markets, attract and retain customers, and increase online bookings.

About You:


  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and brand growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities, with a history of developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
