Overview of the role:

To drive the achievement of set targets – revenue, gross margin, Net Promoter Score (NPS), branch profit and loss – while managing the overall service center’s performance to deliver a seamless customer experience. Define organizational policy and other factors impacting the role.

What you will do:
  • Drive branch performance to achieve sold hours, revenue, accessory and SMC sales, and recovery rate targets.
  • Ensure optimal resource capacity to deliver Total Quality Management and improve service retention.
  • Ensure compliance with local government and principal policies to minimize operational risk.
  • Evaluate performance through coaching to support development of associates.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance customer experience and operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct daily meetings with key department managers to align on targets and performance.
  • Work with HR to ensure optimal staffing with qualified personnel.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships through regular meetings and corrective actions.
  • Provide weekly forecasts based on market trends for management reporting.
  • Manage facility standards to comply with brand and HSSE standards.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs.
  • Handle brand integration and relationship management to grow Aftersales volumes and margins.
  • Maintain dealership profitability while controlling expenses and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction.
Required skills to be successful:
  • Proficient in reports (SAP, forecasts, audits, HSSE, branch audits).
  • Knowledge of automotive dealer/distributor processes.
  • Strategic problem-solving, ERP skills, change leadership, coaching, and leadership abilities.
About the Team:

Reporting to the Aftersales Operations Manager, you will be an individual contributor working in a busy Aftersales environment.

What Equips You For The Role:
  • 10+ years automotive dealership experience; at least 5 years in aftersales management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Automotive) or Business Management or equivalent.
  • Experience with reports (SAP, forecasts, audits, HSSE, branch audit).
  • Market awareness and understanding.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
