Job purpose:

• To assist in all mechanical works within the Leasing division through contributing to the design, procurement and subcontracting process, monitoring of project progress, interfacing with relevant parties in order to ensure timely and high-quality completion of MEP projects.

Key accountabilities:

• Assist in the design of all mechanical works and ensure that it is conducted in accordance with the applicable codes necessary in design verification
• Assist in the collection and interpretation of engineering data, development of project design, development of specifications and performance of detailed engineering
• Assist in conducting design reviews to identify project risks and develop response plans
• Prepare a range of documentation including but not limited to design requirements, technical specifications, assessment documents, performance analysis, design manuals, and installation and commissioning documents.
• Work closely across multiple disciplines, management, stakeholders and consultants during design and construction phases of transportation projects.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Construction Industry
