We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Central Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair various central kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, steamers, grills, dishwashers, refrigerators).
2. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
3. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
4. Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
5. Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:
