Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Sales Development to lead sales operations, develop relationships with developers, and deliver end-to-end customer solutions in the real estate domain. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in real estate sales enablement, project management, and mortgage advisory, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and improve conversion rates.
  2. Manage and strengthen relationships with real estate developers to ensure seamless collaboration and business alignment.
  3. Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to provide mortgage and financing solutions for clients.
  4. Oversee project management efforts throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring strategies are executed timely and sales targets are achieved.
  5. Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
  6. Develop sales strategies based on data analysis to increase revenue.
  7. Conduct analysis of sales team and developer performance to share insights and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Research and analyze competitors to provide insights for improving company structure and operations.
  9. Mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
  10. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer experience strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
