Job Description
Generates long-term business value for identified target audiences and for the Company via delivering and managing superior propositions or presence. The role harnesses consumer and market intelligence to create demand and foster brand strength. Focuses on strategic marketing activities, including adapting the global innovation and communication roadmap into locally relevant strategies, guiding localization of global content, and filling gaps.
Your Role
- Leads the development of a regional innovation and communication roadmap, covering product launches, commercial innovation, and ongoing business, based on consumer, market, and competitor insights to meet business objectives.
- Strategizes and defines marketing objectives by analyzing the Consumer Experience Journey at various touchpoints, ensuring consumer-centric insights and behavior shifts align with business goals.
- Develops pricing strategies in coordination with regional RGM and finance teams to ensure competitiveness, alignment with consumer expectations, and financial sustainability.
- Maintains consistency across touchpoints, ensuring adherence to global category brand positioning and visual identity for seamless consumer experiences.
- Guides insights teams to gather local consumer, market, competition, and trend data to inform product innovation and commercial strategies.
- Monitors and analyzes in-market results with analytics teams, adjusting marketing plans to optimize performance based on business growth, market share, and brand strength.
- Coordinates with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other departments to ensure timely, consumer-qualified, and financially viable delivery of initiatives, aligned with business goals.
- Supports the development and execution of the Business Region plan, managing advertising and promotion effectively to support growth and innovation.

You're the Right Fit If
- You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have over 10 years of experience in marketing within large or multinational organizations, preferably in FMCG.
- You have a proven track record in managing large, complex projects.
- You possess a strong marketing background, focusing on brand/category management, strategic planning, multicultural business models, consumer insights, and portfolio management.
- You have in-depth knowledge of business strategies and can translate these into marketing objectives and plans.
- You understand how to set up effective Go-to-Market models with the right portfolio, channels, and consumer focus.
- You demonstrate strong collaboration and management skills across multiple teams and departments.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
How We Work Together
We believe in collaboration. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days a week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are primarily outside main facilities at customer or supplier locations. This role is an office role.
