Job description

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Microsoft Product Expert to manage, support, and optimize critical Microsoft infrastructure components, including MS Exchange 2019, SCCM, Domain Controllers, MS SQL Clustering, and Internal Certificate Authorities (CA). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems for high availability, security, and performance.

Requirements

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange 2019 environments, ensuring secure and efficient messaging operations.
• Manage and optimize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, including software deployment, patch management, and endpoint protection.
• Maintain and monitor Active Directory Domain Controllers, ensuring high availability, replication health, and compliance with security best practices.
• Design, deploy, and manage MS SQL Server Clustering for high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implement and maintain an Internal Certificate Authority (CA), managing digital certificates and ensuring compliance with internal security standards.
• Develop and document technical procedures, system configurations, and best practices.
• Conduct regular system health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Provide technical support, root cause analysis, and remediation for system issues and service interruptions.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements and upgrades when necessary.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, Active Directory, and SQL Server clustering.
• Strong understanding of Certificate Services and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) management.
• Proficiency with Windows Server environments, networking fundamentals, and PowerShell scripting.
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft Certified : Exchange Server Specialist are highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises and Azure).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Experience with automation and monitoring tools.
