The IVVQ Manager ensures systems and products meet all requirements throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing and implementing IVVQ strategies, ensuring requirements are well-defined and traceable, establishing verification and validation processes, creating comprehensive test plans, leading and managing the IVVQ team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing technical interfaces and change control processes.
Minimum 12+ years in Systems Engineering lifecycle activities, with at least 5 years leading IVVQ activities in complex systems. Experience in system design, system integration, qualification standards, requirements management (e.g., DOORS), and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Jira, HP ALM, Bugzilla).
