Job Objective
  1. Be the principal point of contact with the client, to gain approval of test specifications and host acceptance testing activities.
  2. Authorize the execution of Test Specifications, including test plans, strategies, and specifications derived from system requirements.
  3. Oversee the IVVQ process to confirm system compliance with contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Define and implement IVVQ strategies, including test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
  5. Lead system integration activities, resolving technical challenges across hardware, software, and network components.
  6. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to system integration, verification, and validation.
  7. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer teams for smooth IVVQ execution and deployment.
  8. Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and customer demonstrations for system acceptance.
  9. Drive innovation in IVVQ methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  10. Prepare work progress reports and estimates for IVVQ work packages.
  11. Manage tools relevant to the Systems IVVQ Engineering function.
  12. Coordinate with project planners to provide detailed input to project schedules.
Roles & Responsibilities

The IVVQ Manager ensures systems and products meet all requirements throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing and implementing IVVQ strategies, ensuring requirements are well-defined and traceable, establishing verification and validation processes, creating comprehensive test plans, leading and managing the IVVQ team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing technical interfaces and change control processes.

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 12+ years in Systems Engineering lifecycle activities, with at least 5 years leading IVVQ activities in complex systems. Experience in system design, system integration, qualification standards, requirements management (e.g., DOORS), and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Jira, HP ALM, Bugzilla).
