Operation Lead T&A at Authentic Staffing Agency

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and cost control activities across oil and gas projects. The role involves managing project costs, assessing variations and claims, preparing valuations, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EPC contracts within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Measure and value work done on-site in collaboration with engineering and construction teams.
  • Assess, value, and negotiate variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
  • Prepare interim and final valuations for contractor payments and support monthly progress claims.
  • Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering to maximize project cost efficiency.
  • Review and evaluate contractor and supplier bids for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in contract administration and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
  • Maintain cost records, procurement logs, and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide commercial advice and resolve issues
