We're Hiring: EPMO Manager

Are you passionate about enabling strategic execution and building project governance that delivers real results? Dan Company is seeking a highly capable EPMO Manager to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide project management practices. In this role, you will be the driving force behind structured governance, quality assurance, and performance visibility across all key initiatives. Your leadership in standardizing processes, mentoring teams, and ensuring compliance will help shape a culture of accountability and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Governance & Management: Develop and implement standardized project management templates, tools, and methodologies across the project lifecycle. Drive the establishment of governance frameworks, reporting structures, and stakeholder alignment for all major initiatives. Identify high-impact initiatives that require structured tracking and help ensure their integration into the EPMO portfolio. Lead periodic reporting to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, covering progress, risks, and key decisions.
  2. Compliance & Quality Oversight: Conduct regular compliance checks and ensure the quality and consistency of project content. Monitor adherence to defined governance standards and project management practices across departments.
  3. Team Enablement & Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to junior staff and support the upskilling of project teams. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and shared learning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, or project governance roles.
  • PMP or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
