Your Role

You will be part of the Sales Leadership Team, playing a key role in securing our brands and ensuring perfect branding and visibility in-store, aligned with Arla principles.

In addition to your merchandising team, you will work closely with our Head of Modern Trade and Head of Traditional Trade to ensure strong alignment on in-store execution priorities.

Main Responsibilities

1. Supervise staff by motivating, inspiring, developing, and leading the merchandiser team.
2. Ensure the FIFO concept is applied on-shelf and products are displayed according to the planogram.
3. Manage your routes and support merchandisers in creating more creative displays and in-store activities.
4. Ensure adherence to the allocated space as per the contract.
5. Develop and maintain displays and relationships with our customers.
6. Manage business tools such as merch follow-up, company policies, visiting schedules, timing/planning, merchandiser's manual, and driving with a normal merchandiser (evaluation required).

Additional responsibilities include:

1. Promotional event merchandising during festivals and in-store activities.
2. Review and optimize merchandiser routes regularly to ensure excellent in-store execution.
3. Manage, coach, and train a multicultural team of merchandisers across various depots within a specific area, acting as a liaison between marketing/trade marketing and sales departments.
4. Perform any other work-related duties as assigned.
