About Tamheer Program:

The Tamheer Program is designed to develop graduates holding bachelor's degrees or higher by providing practical field experience. It involves a six-month on-the-job training period for fresh graduates to acquire essential skills in a professional environment.

Tamheer Requirements:

  • Be a Saudi citizen.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or diploma.
  • Register on the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) website.
  • Not registered for any job in the previous six months.
  • Not currently employed in any public or private sector job.

Responsibilities:

  1. Training on data analysis tools, including advanced spreadsheet features or beginner data analysis software.
  2. Managing calendars, appointments, and team scheduling.
  3. Learning data collection techniques such as surveys and interviews.
  4. Training in data entry and maintaining accuracy.
  5. Understanding spreadsheet functions like sorting and filtering.
  6. Assisting with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
  7. Participating in data analysis projects, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
  8. Communicating data findings effectively through reports and presentations.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
