Senior Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in advisory and consulting roles, particularly within the public sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategy development, organizational transformation, and leading large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage consulting engagements from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
2. Manage client relationships, understand their challenges, and present recommendations to address complex business issues.
3. Lead the development and execution of public sector strategies, organizational development initiatives, and target operating models.
4. Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and strategic discussions to help clients unlock innovation and drive results.
5. Manage projects focused on strategy execution, value realization, and performance management, including the creation and tracking of KPIs.
6. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, and expanding client networks.
7. Develop strong executive-level communication, presenting insights and recommendations to senior government officials and decision-makers.
8. Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
2. 5-7 years of experience in advisory and consulting roles, preferably with public sector organizations, with a focus on strategy development, organizational development, and digital transformation initiatives.
3. Proven experience in developing business and operating models and managing large-scale projects from concept to delivery.
4. Good understanding of digital transformation, agile methodologies, and organizational change management practices.
5. Expertise in business case development, value realization strategies, and KPI-driven performance management.
6. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at the executive level.
7. Strong facilitation skills, including experience with ideation techniques and leading strategic workshops.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Bilingual in English and Arabic is required.
