Job description

The Project Managerwill lead and oversee complex industrial projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Saudi Aramco projects and a proven track record in project management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation.

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee full-cycle project execution from initiation through closeout
• Manage resources, contracts, schedules, and budgets to ensure project success
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance
• Monitor cost, time, and scope performance indicators and lead corrective actions as needed
• Provide leadership in resolving technical and operational issues
• Deliver regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and senior management

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelors in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 15 to 20 years overall experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior project leadership role on industrial or infrastructure projects
• Certifications: Recognized project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Candidates with prior client-side project management approvals will have an advantage.
• Prior Saudi Aramco approvalas a Project Manager or relevant Management Certifications are required.
• Deep understanding of GCC construction regulations and safety standards
• Expertise in project controls, budgeting, and scheduling
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite & ERP systems (Oracle/Dynamics AX preferred)
