  • Open and extend LCs to vendors to facilitate credit-based procurement
  • Coordinate daily operations across finance, tax, legal, HR, procurement, insurance, internal audit, and project teams
  • Ensure smooth internal and statutory audits, with corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain expertise in SAP modules for project accounting and monitoring
  • Manage export documentation and compliance
  • Conduct region-wise monthly assessments, MIS reporting, and variance analysis
  • Implement zero-based costing for projects and quarterly CTC assessments
  • Collaborate with central planning on revenue and margin planning to reduce volatility
  • Perform monthly and quarterly currency assessments to optimize execution plans
  • Visit project sites periodically for review and assessment
  • Expedite invoicing, dispatch, and bill of lading processes to reduce billing cycle time
  • Monitor high-value AR and unbilled receivables
  • Address long-standing issues such as VAT through monthly discussions
  • Work with tendering teams to improve win ratios and optimize tender cash flows
  • Develop cross-country hedging strategies to mitigate exposure
  • Reduce interest and finance costs through optimized project planning and bank tie-ups
  • Assess country risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor PAA and BG compliance from clients and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with EDPMS, EBRC, RBI regulations, and export incentives
Controls:
  • Implement internal financial controls across international operations using SAP and digital tools
  • Eliminate process non-compliance issues and scrutinize procurement and site expenses
  • Develop detailed budgets for projects and monitor costs and overheads monthly against budgets
