JOB PURPOSE
Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Electrical & controls maintenance and any engineering-related works in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner within specified time frames.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achieve line availability and equipment readiness.
- Follow and review the PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) improvement plan throughout the year.
- Perform assigned work orders and other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Resolve technical problems and identify necessary actions and parts.
- Execute maintenance schedules to maintain plant equipment according to engineering standards.
- Maintain and implement AIB standards.
- Update SAP PM & CM work orders status.
- Identify root causes of major and recurring problems.
- Adhere to safety policies and standards.
- Implement, sustain, and participate in continual improvement of the EHS Management System, ensuring controls for hazards and risks, and achieving EHS targets.
- Respond to technical issues within the assigned area, ensuring proper actions are taken.
- Maintain knowledge of spare parts, their application, and criticality.
- Operate all equipment related to utilities sections.
- Maintain accurate SAP-PM records for all work orders.
- Perform daily parameter readings and monitoring as assigned.
- Report shift activities daily.
- Support initiatives to improve production processes, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Support the site’s Maintenance and Reliability Strategy to achieve world-class standards.
- Execute PEMM and MIAP actions.
- Support reliability engineering tools and techniques to meet maintenance KPIs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
- Attend maintenance meetings to share performance, best practices, and challenges.
Qualifications
Knowledge / Skills
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with electrical equipment, PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, and controls.
- Experience with LT & MCC, feeder panels, and control panels.
- Awareness of electrical safety standards.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and execution systems.
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and basic EHS systems.
- Knowledge of operating and automation systems.
- Familiarity with QFS policies and systems.
- Understanding of EHS policies and systems.
- Ability to read plans, diagrams, layouts, and schematics.
- Knowledge of maintenance management software (CMMS) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
Experience
Minimum 2 years industrial experience preferred.
