• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues within cooling and air conditioning systems, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems to identify and resolve malfunctions promptly.
• Undertake the installation, repair, and replacement of components in cooling and air conditioning systems, including compressors, motors, condensers, and evaporators, while maintaining strict compliance with safety standards and industry guidelines.
• Keep detailed records of service tasks, including repairs, replacements, and installations, and facilitate clear communication with clients by providing thorough explanations of the completed work, necessary repairs, and preventive maintenance steps.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on a variety of cooling and air conditioning systems to uphold their optimal performance, including tasks such as filter replacements, regular checks of refrigerant levels, and comprehensive assessments of electrical components.
• Conduct total facility repair such as basic electrical repair, plumping work, civil and other if required.
