We are seeking a recent graduate to serve as our Inventory & Procurement Officer.

The successful candidate will create and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of ingredients, packaging, equipment, and services. We aim to increase productivity through smart sourcing solutions and agile services to reduce manual work.

Main Responsibilities

1. Track and release purchase orders
2. Maintain a warehouse inventory tracking system for inbound and outbound items
3. Assist with inventory summaries, evaluate purchasing reports, and correct discrepancies for accurate reporting
4. Prepare and process purchase orders
5. Communicate with vendors to resolve order and invoice issues
6. Create reports and extract accurate data from systems

Ideal Candidate

• Recent university graduates with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to gather and analyze data
