Job description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager for our PMC project to lead all quality control activities and ensure project deliverables meet client and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management roles within large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, or construction projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and implement the project-specific Quality Control Plan in accordance with client and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  2. Review and approve contractors and vendors quality control documentation (ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals).
  3. Conduct and supervise inspections, audits, and quality checks at various stages of the project.
  4. Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
  5. Monitor and control non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions (CARs), and preventive actions (PARs).
  6. Maintain and update project quality records, ensuring traceability and compliance.
  7. Support Management of Change (MOC) processes by assessing the quality impact of proposed changes.
  8. Coordinate with the HSE and Engineering teams to align quality objectives with overall project goals.
  9. Mentor and lead the site QC team to foster a quality-focused culture.
  10. Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline).
  2. Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
  3. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and international codes/standards (ISO, ASME, API, etc.).
  4. Strong experience with inspection procedures, material testing, welding, NDT, and final documentation.
  5. Proficient in managing QA/QC documentation, audits, and vendor surveillance.
  6. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Lead Auditor ISO 9001, ASQ, or equivalent) is preferred.
  7. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
