Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Green House Supervisor to oversee our crops, vegetables, and fruit production in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading agricultural company. The Green House Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of greenhouse operations, ensuring optimal plant growth, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily greenhouse operations, including planting, irrigation, fertilisation, pest control, and harvesting.
  • Implement and monitor best practices for crop production, ensuring optimal yield and quality.
  • Manage and train greenhouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of greenhouse activities, including inventory, production data, and environmental conditions.
  • Monitor and adjust environmental controls within the greenhouse to maintain optimal growing conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Implement strategies to minimise waste and maximise resource efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient product flow.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in greenhouse technology and crop management techniques.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to plant health, pests, or equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in greenhouse management, specifically with crops, vegetables, and fruits.
  • Strong understanding of plant physiology, pest management, and irrigation systems.
