You as a Maintenance Coordinator will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible to see that all RE related items, materials comply with HSE requirements at all places and overall responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of all places of the factory or office in the region.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for creating PRs in SAP Ariba for cleaning consumables, maintenance contracts, and other RE related works; follow up with OEM maintenance contractors to ensure maintenance of equipment as per schedule.
- Coordinate with MODON, SEC, ICDOC, Tawzea, etc., as required, adhere to all HSE rules and regulations per company policy, and ensure the maintenance team follows all HSE requirements like PPE, dress code, work permits, etc.
- Supervise and inspect cleaners, maintain toilets in good condition, perform regular dusting of office desks, and ensure daily cleaning of floors and all areas.
- Check the availability of tissue papers, dust office glasses and windows weekly, and maintain stock of cleaning materials.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and charts, record inspections as per Hitachi Energy format.
- Address plumbing issues such as leaks in hoses, valves, washbasin taps, and other water supply problems immediately.
- Oversee HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, DX units, FCUs, and indoor units, ensuring scheduled maintenance for energy efficiency.
- Coordinate with electricians for electrical maintenance, lighting, and socket issues; replace faulty equipment promptly.
- Ensure all fire alarm and firefighting systems are maintained, with monthly inspections by contractors, and monitor PFE systems, including pressure checks and powder replacements every 6 months.
- Manage pest control services to prevent rats, roaches, bugs, mosquitoes, and other insects at offices.
- Oversee materials and equipment related to Real Estate works, maintain inventories, and ensure proper delivery with signed receipts.

Your background
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field or diploma.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a factory or office environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
