eTabeb is a digital healthcare platform that streamlines medical appointment bookings. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a focused and strategic Business Development Manager to support our sales and account management efforts, build strong partnerships, and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to engage with healthcare partners, support internal sales and account teams, and contribute to long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local healthcare sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our partner network and support growth targets.
  • Analyze partner data and market insights to improve engagement and retention strategies.

Partner Relationship Development:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinics and hospitals.
  • Oversee the onboarding experience and ensure partners are effectively using the platform.
  • Act as a key point of contact for high-priority partners, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales and account management team to support their outreach and relationship efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align offerings with partner and market needs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on business development performance and market trends.

Professional Representation:

  • Represent eTabeb professionally in meetings, industry events, and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably within the healthcare, medical, or tech sectors.
  • Strong communication, planning, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute and support business growth initiatives.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Must be Saudi.
