Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the construction, execution, and delivery; ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of works on-site.
  3. Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
  4. Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  5. Lead site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications.
  6. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement value engineering solutions.
  7. Oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  8. Manage project reporting, including progress updates, risk assessments, and resource planning.
  9. Review and approve contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and work schedules.
  10. Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment of construction activities with project goals and client expectations.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years spent in Food & Beverage or restaurant construction.
  3. Proven experience managing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and costing across various scopes (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Gas).
  4. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards.
  5. Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and cost control.
  6. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage large teams, contractors, and client interactions.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GoogleDocs, and construction management software.
  8. Experience with FIDIC contracts, project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and quality control processes.
  9. PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
