Remote Recruiter – Hospitality & Manufacturing Location: Remote (Working with Saudi Arabian Clients) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $800 – $1,000 USD per month About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter with proven expertise in the hospitality and manufacturing sectors. This is a remote position dedicated to supporting our Saudi Arabian clients, ideal for a results-driven individual who understands the full recruitment lifecycle, has strong headhunting skills, and can leverage social media channels to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles in hospitality (e.g., front-of-house, back-of-house) and manufacturing (e.g., technicians, skilled workers). • Use various recruitment platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS). • Leverage social networks such as Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, and others to source and attract candidates. • Create and manage social media content and channels to build talent communities and increase candidate engagement. • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. • Ensure alignment with the expectations and standards of clients based in Saudi Arabia.

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on hospitality and/or manufacturing. • Proven ability in headhunting and filling hard-to-fill roles. • Experience sourcing candidates via social media and messaging platforms. • Skilled in creating engaging recruitment content and managing social media communities. • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.). • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Self-starter with a proactive and efficient approach to recruiting.
