Job Overview

In this position based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for realizing and developing profitable sales for our Aritech range in the Middle East region, with identification of business development opportunities and product requirements. You will report into the Middle East Sales Director.


Responsibilities:

  1. Search and maintain new and long-term relationships.
  2. Provide commercial support and assistance to existing customers and prospects and suggest new applications, adaptations or modifications to existing product lines in order to solve specific customer system problems.
  3. Develop and maintain close customer relationships by regularly scheduled contacts and visits.
  4. Develop and implement the sales strategy in the assigned territory according to the Local Plan objectives.
  5. Analyze and evaluate product and customer requirements.
  6. Increase sales by region and, at required level, profitability.
  7. Establish & manage a solid network of partnerships with integrators, installers, and distributors.
  8. Continuously gather relevant data on competitive market information.
  9. Elaborate & participate in commercial presentations & workshops.
  10. Maintain appropriate statistical analysis of corporate customer activities and required internal documentation.
  11. Expand the customer base, maintain and develop customer relationships on a long-term basis through adequate Account Management.
  12. Negotiate prices within the established procedure to ensure profitable sales orders.
  13. Coordinate, communicate, and liaise with appropriate headquarters staff, Marketing, and Technical Support Departments.
  14. Come up with integrated and customized solutions to meet the customers’ requirements.
  15. Support the existing business, implementing the available tools and providing new ideas and suggestions.

Tasks:

  1. Negotiate prices within the established procedure to ensure profitable sales orders.
  2. Assist in planning and developing short and long-term sales and marketing strategy within territory to achieve given turnover targets.
  3. Maintain contact with local authorities and approval agencies such as architects to get Aritech solutions specified.
  4. Analyze customer and market needs as well as competitors’ products and sales strategies, reporting new developments promptly to management.
  5. Participate at trade shows and organize seminars and product promotions.
  6. Follow up on product performance, identify and document difficulties and technical and application problems.
  7. Facilitate specific and regular customer product training to ensure proper understanding of Aritech’s solutions.
  8. Accompany installers and/or the technical support engineer on trouble-shooting assignments and call on end-users when required, to take corrective action and ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Develop liaisons with national account local branch offices.
  10. Offer marketing and product management suggestions for product development to meet customer requirements.

Skills and Requirements:

  1. Sales, Engineering background or other technical degree.
  2. Min. 5 years of experience selling and/or Account management in the Middle East region.
  3. Experience with Electronic Security Solutions: Intrusion, video, access control, integration and cloud services - strongly desired.
  4. Knowledge of Aritech portfolio/range is considered as a plus.
  5. Familiarity on selling Security Services, knowledge of cloud-based technologies.
  6. Fluent in English.
  7. Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a team and to share ideas to help the team succeed.
  8. Can-do attitude, strong influencing skills.
  9. Ability to successfully work towards deadlines in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
