Outstanding knowledge of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Good understanding of SAP Best Practice concepts.

Good understanding of SAP configuration concepts.

Good knowledge of the implementation framework of SAP Activate.

Good project management skills, knowledge and experience with new technology projects (consider PMP PMI certificate as an advantage).

Demonstrable ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Minimum 10 years of work experience in leading IT projects with specific experience and knowledge with SAP.

At least two full life cycle SAP S4/HANA projects.

Manage and deliver large, complex ERP engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions to help users.

Act as technical owner of the IT/SAP solutions in the area/areas of responsibility.

Develop and implement activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation.

Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of work.

Vendor coordination during projects execution.

Work proactively and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
