As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will develop and implement vertical industry strategies to meet our growth targets in volume, value, revenue, profit, and market share. Working alongside the CTO, you will define industry solutions and strategies to enhance our market presence and address business challenges across short, mid, and long-term horizons. You will lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial cadences to achieve vertical business goals.

Key to success in this role is the ability to lead and collaborate within a complex, matrixed environment and influence decision-makers at KSA, EMEA, and global levels. You will lead a team of experienced Senior Client Managers and Specialists, supporting and reporting to them.

What Will You Do
  1. Position Lenovo as the Global Technology Powerhouse in KSA by leveraging our investment in a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and partnership with ALAT.
  2. Define our verticalized GTM strategy for B2B Commercial REL Business Customers and exceed business ambitions.
  3. Lead and optimize the execution of our annual business plan to meet all goals across Business Groups.
  4. Maintain high team engagement and ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
  5. Drive our commercial management cadence in KSA, including P&L ownership, in collaboration with Sales Operations.
  6. Utilize our product portfolio, solutions, and services effectively.
  7. Provide detailed market and competitive analysis, including vertical market insights.
  8. Own P&L by vertical (e.g., Ministries, Authorities, Universities, PIF companies, Oil & Gas, Telco, Utilities, Smart Cities, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance).
  9. Collaborate with Lenovo partners, global business units, and internal stakeholders on planning and execution, aligning on key metrics.
What Will You Bring
  1. Over 10 years of experience in the ICT industry, focused on Government and Enterprise sectors, with KSA market experience preferred.
  2. Proven market knowledge and success in engaging C-Level stakeholders within KSA's government and enterprise sectors, with a track record of outperforming market growth in revenue, market share, and profit.
  3. Ability to articulate Lenovo’s value proposition and participate actively in customer and partner events in KSA.
  4. Experience managing P&L.
  5. At least 5 years of leading teams of business managers and individual contributors.
  6. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  7. Willingness to travel to engage with customers, partners, and global teams.
