Job Description
Coordinate procurement related work for Saudi companies
1. Responsible for coordinating procurement work with overseas factories, including supplier development, inquiry and negotiation, contract signing, etc;
2. Continuously optimize supplier resources, develop new and alternative materials, and reduce procurement costs;
3. Ensure the quality of purchased materials is qualified and handle any material quality issues that arise;
4. Handle estimation, advance payment, and reconciliation work according to institutional requirements
Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree and above;
2. More than 3 years of international work experience;
3. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills;
4. English or Arabic can be working language, multiple foreign languages is a plus;
