Job description

Inventory Analyst is primarily responsible for managing and optimizing inventory operations to ensure accuracy and proper aging, while maximizing order fulfillment. They oversee stock movements from receiving containers to dispatching items to the end customer, ensuring that actual stock levels conform to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) at all stages. The role involves addressing inventory discrepancies through problem-solving skills and communicating findings professionally, along with recommending appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Additionally, the Inventory Analyst provides inventory reports to stakeholders with suggestions to maintain accuracy and proper aging. Continuous monitoring and improvement of inventory operations are also essential responsibilities.
