An experienced Informatica Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration workflows and ETL
(Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Informatica tools. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data is accurately extracted,
transformed, and loaded into target systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Create detailed ETL program specifications and develop Informatica mappings to meet business requirements.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ETL processes to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
System Analysis: Perform regular system checks to identify and resolve potential issues.
Documentation: Document each aspect of the ETL processes for future reference and upgrades.
Collaboration: Work closely with other data professionals to resolve coding issues and optimize performance.
User Support: Train and support end-users, ensuring they understand how to use new or updated data integration workflows.
Compliance: Ensure all development activities comply with data governance standards and guidelines.
Upgrades and Maintenance: Assist in system upgrades, installations, and ongoing maintenance.
Skills
Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter and other Informatica tools.
Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with database design and querying.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications: Relevant Informatica certifications are preferred.
