Job description

The Electromechanical Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems and equipment. You will ensure that all operations comply with safety standards and project specifications at Agility.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance and repair technicians involved in electromechanical systems.
  • Oversee the installation of new equipment and ensure that it is operational and meets specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment remains in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Report and document maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe work environment.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical systems maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and related technologies.
  • Relevant certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with various stakeholders.
