About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Director of Food and Beverage to join the Food and Beverage Team at Jumeirah Red Sea. The main duties include:

  1. Organizing and managing functions across the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring compliance with Jumeirah standards.
  2. Supporting the implementation of programs, policies, and procedures to meet departmental objectives.
  3. Communicating departmental objectives to colleagues and promoting awareness of Jumeirah’s vision, mission, and principles.
  4. Establishing performance standards and job descriptions for service staff to ensure excellence in service.
  5. Coordinating special promotions and providing administrative support to enhance profitability.
  6. Participating in PR activities and promotional events to boost the property's image and revenue.
About You:
  • 10–12 years of senior F&B management experience in luxury hotels.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality systems.
  • Experience in project management and operational excellence.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and solutions-focused.
