Job description

As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of building strategic partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to our most valued healthcare clients, including the Ministry of Health (MOH). You will lead complex laboratory automation projects, champion customer success, and be a trusted partner driving impactful outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  1. Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and KOLs across MOH and private hospitals.
  2. Identify upcoming tenders, understand contract landscapes, and uncover growth opportunities.
  3. Manage a well-balanced, dynamic sales funnel, ensuring pipeline health and profitability.
  4. Customize value-driven solutions including reagent deals, OTL (Operational Test Laboratory), and GPPRR models.
  5. Collaborate across cross-functional teams—sales, clinical, product management, and TP partners—to deliver end-to-end solutions and close menu gaps.
  6. Lead account planning, negotiate long-term contracts, and oversee implementation processes with minimal oversight.
  7. Support performance partnership programs and drive TLA (Total Lab Automation) institution wins.
  8. Champion DBS (Danaher Business System) initiatives for operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring
  1. B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in diagnostics, IVD, or laboratory solutions, with strong technical and commercial understanding.
  3. Deep knowledge of lab workflows and a strong presence across key accounts in KSA.
  4. Fluent in English and Arabic; strong communication and business acumen.
  5. Familiarity with GPPRR business models and a keen eye for profitability and customized solutions.
Success Metrics
  1. Growth in funnel size across MOH & private segments.
  2. Number and category of hospital wins.
  3. Market penetration and account profitability.
  4. Retention of key accounts through exceptional service delivery.
