Job description

MEDCO is looking for a strong, process-driven Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving execution, enforcing discipline, and improving coordination across departments. This is a senior-level position designed to support the General Manager in transforming the operational backbone of the business.

Based preferably in Riyadh, the role will have direct responsibility for aligning and supervising daily operations across Sales, After-Sales, Workshops, Logistics, Administration, and Support Functions, with a special focus on improving performance in the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the GM’s operational lead in the field, ensuring day-to-day execution aligns with proper procedures and strategic goals
  • Oversee and coordinate activities across all key departments including sales, after-sales, logistics, and administration
  • Identify process gaps and lead the design, rollout, and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration to eliminate inefficiencies and delays
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and ensure accountability for achieving operational targets
  • Support internal controls, cost control, and compliance with supplier and company standards
  • Drive execution discipline across regions and departments through strong communication and structured follow-up
  • Assist with onboarding, operational readiness, and process alignment for new hires, tools, and systems

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Administration
  • 8–10 years of experience in operational or cross-functional leadership
  • Background in construction equipment, capital goods, or industrial B2B sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multi-department execution, enforce compliance, and improve workflows
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and follow-up capabilities
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office, and performance reporting tools
  • Hands-on, decisive, and process-oriented leader
