A formal family based in Jeddah is seeking a dynamic and experienced educator or governess to play a key role in the academic journey and personal growth of their three daughters. The family values education, cultural enrichment, and nurturing guidance in line with their traditions.

  1. Design and implement a bespoke curriculum in English, Spanish, or French, based on each child's proficiency and developmental stage.
  2. Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and love for language and learning.
  3. Support core academic development while respecting the family's cultural and religious values.
  4. Monitor progress through regular assessments and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  5. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and independent study habits.
  6. Build strong, trusting relationships with the children and maintain open communication with parents.
  7. Promote international awareness and cultural understanding through language learning.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Language Studies, or a relevant field (Master's preferred).
  2. Proven experience teaching English, Spanish, or French to young children.
  3. Strong academic foundation in language instruction and pedagogy.
  4. Positive, nurturing, and patient approach to education.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt within a family environment.
  6. Previous international or private household experience is a plus.
  7. Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for a long-term commitment.
