We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Lead to drive our company’s growth through structured development programs, performance management, and effective budgeting. This role is essential in enhancing organizational performance and alignment, ensuring that our talent strategies support business objectives and foster an engaged, high-performing workforce.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead the performance management cycle, ensuring timely goal-setting, continuous feedback, reviews, and annual assessments.
  2. Develop and implement OKRs and KPIs to align individual and team goals with overall company objectives.
  3. Utilize Leapsome to track performance, automate processes, and provide insightful data for decision-making.
  4. Own and manage the organizational development budget, ensuring strategic and cost-effective use of resources.
  5. Collaborate with Finance and HR to oversee budgeting for training, performance tools, and key initiatives.
  6. Conduct manpower planning (MPP) to forecast staffing needs, support succession planning, and address skills gaps.
  7. Align workforce planning with business growth strategies, ensuring efficient hiring, retention, and talent development.
  8. Identify training needs across teams and build learning programs to enhance capabilities and support career growth.
  9. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful and scalable development solutions.
