Job description

• Role & responsibilities

• Should be Diploma Holder in Electrical field.
• Familiar with Maintenance Department. Responsible for the carrying out corrective, Reactive & planned Preventive Maintenance of Assets in all the restaurants, Offices & Commissaries, owned by Americana Group of Restaurants.
• Should look after hard and soft service i.e MEP, Kitchen Equipment's, Hood Servicing / Monitoring. Fire Protection System etc.
• Ensure all the location occupied by Americana Group are efficiently maintained as per the Americana standards & Values.
• Candidates should be soft spoken good manners and cooperative with other members of Americana Group.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Electrical Technical Diploma preferred.
• Minimum Experience and knowledge 5 years in restaurants and general maintenance.
• Familiar and good experience on kitchen equipment's & MEP plus knowledge of market in terms of parts availability.
• Candidate should hold valid driving license compulsory
