Job Description
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ecommerce platform, driving online sales growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience with strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall ecommerce strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities for growth, expansion, and customer acquisition in the online retail space.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
• Coordinate with ecommerce product teams for website updates and enhancements for efficient tracking of conversions.
• Curate and manage the product catalogue, including product categorization, pricing, and promotions.
• Optimize flight listings and ensure accurate information, images, and availability.
• Plan and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other online marketing initiatives.
• Prioritize a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the online shopping journey.
• Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
• Utilize data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize ecommerce performance.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) teams to improve landing page experiences and increase conversion rates.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative, messaging, and campaign elements.
• Manage performance marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to achieve maximum ROI.
• Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments based on campaign performance and business objectives.
• Define and refine target audience segments based on data analysis and market research.
• Implement personalized and targeted marketing strategies to reach and engage specific customer segments.
• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns effectively.
• Negotiate contracts, evaluate performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
• Use insights to refine our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as ecommerce/performance media/digital sales manager or similar role.
• Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital channels.
• Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns Experience in Umbraco and related CMS solutions.
• Proficiency in using analytics and marketing technology tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
• Budget management experience and strong financial acumen.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
