Job Description

Job Purpose: To achieve sales forecasts and collections for the assigned (Neurology) products by prospecting territory sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers, promoting assigned products, following up on orders and collections, providing ongoing customer service, and reporting on competitors' actions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and evaluate customer preferences, business potential, and competitor actions within the territory, documenting and communicating findings.
  2. Develop sales forecasts and action plans for (Neurology) products in line with company strategies for review and approval by the supervisor.
  3. Represent AMICO as an authorized partner to sell (Neurology) products, engaging with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  4. Interact with target customers and key stakeholders to identify sales potential, promote, and sell assigned products.
  5. Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotional campaigns related to the territory and products.
  6. Provide technical support to customers, including installation, startup, utilization, and maintenance of equipment.
  7. Report on action plans, customer responses, achievements, sales potential, and competitor activities.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with clients such as surgeons, nursing staff, and clinical personnel.
  9. Assist doctors and staff with the installation and setup of equipment.
Candidate Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields from a recognized institute.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role; freshers with sales aptitude are also considered.
  • Skills: Good communication skills in English and Arabic, persuasive ability, business acumen, and sales flair.
