Job Purpose
The Assistant Officer GSA Management is responsible for supporting sales distribution by controlling, maintaining and updating documents of GSAs/CAAs in line with the department policy and company mission statement, as well as supporting sales to achieve maximum target to meet company business plan.
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Request IATA codes for GSAs OOK and CASS number for in Kingdom CAAs and open file with requesting all required documents for new applicants for accreditation.
- Prepare GSA / CAA Agreements plus its related additions and do all processing till finalize it.
- Request all GSAs to submit their financial statements annually in regular basis and send them to treasury in finance department to review GSAs financial position and get their recommendation.
- Study the performance of GSAs to nominate the top seller to go in EFTP and get the approval to conduct EFTP from the executives and obtain authority for the expenses.
- Request / follow up with out of the Kingdom GSAs to submit their sales reports on time.
- Prepare free ticket requests for approval and send the authority to issue the free tickets with maintaining a list of free tickets issued annually.
- Create incentive programs for GSAs and ensure timely implementation.
- Keeping records of all Block Space Agreement by opening files and maintaining full soft copies of BSAs.
- Follow up SACC’s concerned departments signing any new BSA and get it approved by the CEO.
- Prepare an overview of all BSAs annually.
- Prepare for any internal or external audit and do the necessary corrective action on any auditor’s findings.
- Share knowledge as well as providing development opportunities to subordinates (i.e. training courses) to raise and improve their careers.
- Prepare annual expectations of the GSAs commissions & incentives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in the same or similar field.
